Clearly, Parky’s Smokehouse has a healthy sense of humor. It serves a blended Jim Beam margarita, and (to promote it’s pork-butt sandwich) sells t-shirts that proclaim, You’ll love our butts!” But it has nothing but respect for the art of cooking meats “loooow and slooow” over hickory and apple woods.
